More than just a standard bearer: 3-A certification for AMPACK carousel filler

At the beginning of February, a carousel filler made by Bosch Packaging Technology subsidiary AMPACK GmbH in Königsbrunn, Germany, successfully obtained 3-A certification. Pharmatec expands production capacity

Pharmatec, a Bosch Packaging Technology company, is expanding its operations in Dresden. Due to high order intake, the available space was deemed insufficient to complete assembly for all projects. A suitable site was found in Großröhrsdorf, around 30 kilometers from Dresden. With a total of 3,460 m2, the rented space provides room for production operations, offices, and meeting rooms. Christmas time means gingerbread time!

Max Weiss Lebkuchenfabrik Neu-Ulm GmbH has been producing traditional German gingerbread cookies – known as lebkuchen and referred to as “brown goods” – in Neu-Ulm, Germany, since 1925. More than 270 employees produce about three metric tons of dough per hour, which is equivalent to some 60 to 70 metric tons per day. The top secret ingredients are weighed and combined according to traditional recipes.
