At Powtech, Bosch Packaging Technology shows how powders can be efficiently mixed, granulated, coated and filled – from laboratory scale to industrial production.
The Mycromix, for instance, is the smallest high-shear mixer granulator in the laboratory equipment range with interchangeable product containers and spray systems.
The laboratory device Solidlab 2, also designed for R&D purposes, handles batches from 0.5 to 12 kilograms and runs different processes in a very small space: from processing small particles and pellets in the fluid bed module to tablet coating in the drum coater module. All processes of both machines can be easily transferred to production equipment via scale-up.
Whether in the laboratory, for the production of clinical samples, or in an industrial environment, the capsule filling machine GKF 702 accompanies a product from R&D until market introduction. It provides future-proof features for a modern, flexible and safe production.
In multimedia presentations, Bosch further showcases the new powder filling and closing machine AFG 5000, which is also presented to customers in exclusive machine presentations at the Bosch site in Crailsheim.
