Powder filling at full speed

“Let’s lift the curtain on the new generation of sterile powder filling“ is the motto of an exclusive machine presentation from September 18 – 29, 2017 in Crailsheim. We will show you the new filling and closing machine AFG 5000 with numerous improvements and options for the sterile filling of powders in glass vials. Be part of this market launch and discover the advantages during your individual appointment on site!

High output and flexibility
You have the choice: the AFG offers you a machine platform with a wide range of versions. Depending on the features, you can dose both small and large amounts of powder with high accuracy. Thanks to the variable number of filling stations, you can achieve an output of up to 480 vials per minute.

No bottlenecks, no idle times
You want to avoid delays in your workflow? No problem. Thanks to the new, variable transport system, the vials will only remain at each work station for exactly the required time. During filling, weighing and stopper insertion, the speed is precisely adapted to the rhythm of the individual stations. Hence the vials are optimally timed, without any bottlenecks or idle times.

Space-saving design
Cleanrooms only have limited space available. For this reason, we focused on a compact and lean design of the AFG 5000. The filling area is separated from the in- and outfeed, thus reducing the space that requires dedusting and conditioning. Moreover, all components can easily be disassembled for cleaning and sterilization. This saves you time and money – even during format changes.
