Tool-less, reproducible changeovers from stand-up to lay-flat can be completed in less than ten minutes. The twin track collation system is designed for high production rates and fast changeovers. A robust design with full servo control provides flexible automation and long lifetime. The CCM 3100 case packer will be on display at PACK EXPO International 2016 in combination with the new continuous motion SVE 3220 DZ Doy Zip vertical-form-fill-seal (VFFS) bagger and a scale. The SVE 3220 DZ is designed to produce larger Doy Zip bag formats of up to250 x 320 mm (W x H) at high speeds and is building up on the success of the SVE 2520 DZ that is capable of producing bags of up to 250 x 250 mm (W x H).
