Great flexibility and gentle handling

Thanks to the patented format change-over concept, tool-less format changes can be carried out within minutes. The open and easily accessible machine design provides for a very quick line clearance. “The patented change-over concept enables our customers to quickly and flexibly pack different formats in various packaging styles on one machine. This is particularly important for increasingly small batch sizes,” says Michael Haas, product manager at Bosch Packaging Systems.

A wide range of product infeeds and loading options ensures a particularly gentle handling of fragile products such as vials, ampoules, syringes or injection pens. Different gripper technologies provide for smooth packaging of the products. Additional Track & Trace solutions such as the CPS module and the CPI software from Bosch can be easily integrated. Hence, the Sigpack TTMP meets all current serialization requirements for pharmaceutical packaging. Moreover, the machine can be seamlessly combined with the Sigpack TTMC case packer, offering you a uniform, user-friendly operating system for your entire line.
