New cartoning machine for large-scale formats – CFC 2012
Visit us and see a world premier from Bosch’s secondary packaging portfolio! Based on the proven technology of the bag-in-box lines, we developed the new CFC 2012 horizontal cartoning machine for the food industry. The CFC 2012 is designed for large-scale secondary packaging formats such as cereals. Even for the largest format size, the machine achieves an output of up to 200 folded cartons per minute. Thanks to automatic format adjustments by servo motors, the machine ensures fast and easy format changes. The user-friendly control system further optimizes the infeed and packaging process. Due to reliable rotation and carton pick-up systems, the CFC 2012 allows for safe handling of all carton types.
Premium packaging for dry foods
For the packaging of dry free-flowing products such as coffee, we will provide information about our modular vertical form fill and seal machine allowing for high flexibility and a broad variety of pack styles and top closures. The portfolio is completed by product protection solutions such as valves and fully integrable equipment including hygienic auger fillers and checkweighers.
At the booth, we’ll also offer information material about our complete solutions for cheese and chocolate applications from our product brand Sapal. We share our expertise in our new development on Individual Wrapping Slice (IWS) as well as new applications for portion and block processed cheese machines. As one of the leading suppliers of die-fold packaging solution for the chocolate industry, we highlight premium packaging using hermetic sealing technology.
Expertise in liquid food packaging
At our booth, you’ll also find an Ampack inline cup filling machine for ultra-clean filling of dairy products as well as a linear PET blowing module for dairy products and non-carbonated beverages. We share our expertise in dosing, filling and packaging technology for liquid and viscous food during daily presentations from 10:30am – 11.30am and give insights into various hygiene filling levels to suit different product requirements.
